Course Deposits and Refunds

The initial deposit to secure your "in-person" course is non-refundable under all circumstances. Course bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours out from the booked dates and any additional amounts paid will be refunded minus the initial deposit. Upon paying the deposit and course fees you agree to these terms. 

Courses will become non-refundable on or past the scheduled training dates. 

Online courses are non-refundable once the products have been sent out. Due to the release of intellectual property we cannot refund an online course purchase once you have accessed the course. If you wish to request a refund you will need to put this in writing to abi@luxxelounge.com.au within 3 days of purchase. 

Luxxe Lounge reserves the right to discontinue a student's enrolment in an online course in the event of copyright infringement or unauthorised sharing of personal login credentials with individuals who have not remitted payment. Such action is taken in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and aligns with our professional standards.

Course Rescheduling 

Classroom course bookings may be rescheduled up until 72 hours before the booked date. Courses that are rescheduled within 72 hours of the booked date will incur a $250 transfer fee. The $250 transfer fee will be non-refundable should you choose to cancel the course booking once you have rescheduled.
